How Does Robe Collective Work?
We have made the booking process easy for you! Once you have found your perfect outfit, simply book using the calendar. We recommend booking at least 4 days in advance to your event and selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. You can either have your outfit posted to you or select to collect it from our Mornington address.
Can I Try On?
Of course! We offer 30 minute try on appointments, booked via our website. Please note walk ins are currently unavailable
What are the try on times?
Monday: 4pm – 7pm
Tuesday: 4pm – 7pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: Available upon request
Friday: 4pm – 7pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
How long can I hire an outfit for?
Bookings are 4 or 8 days. The start of your booking is the day you receive the dress (post/collection), and the end of the hire period is the day the dress needs to returned.
What if I need to change / cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your booking, please email hello@robecollective.com
What if my dress doesn’t fit?
Please email us at hello@robecollective.com as soon as possible the day your dress arrives.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, cleaning is included in your hire fee. Please do not attempt to clean the dress unless prior approval is confirmed from Robe Collective.
What happens if the item is damaged during wear?
If you do damage the dress please contact us immediately via hello@robecollective.com
As per the terms, the renter is liable for any damage caused to the dress up to the RRP value.
DELIVERY
How much does delivery cost?
Return Express Post Delivery is $28. All postal orders include a return label to send the outfit back, you will receive a return satchel to use once hire is complete.
How long will delivery take?
The estimated express delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on your location. Please note there can be delays with Aus Post.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers; please ensure you enter a residential or business address.
RETURNS
How do I return my dress?
Place your dress back into the return satchel. Please ensure it is sent back by Monday 10am at your local Australia Post office.
What if I return my dress late?
We rely heavily on timely returns. If you return your item(s) late you will incur a $25 late fee for every day you are late. If you are unable to post your item(s) back by 4pm on your return date, please contact us at hello@robecollective.com
What do I do if I lose my return satchel?
If you have lost your return satchel it is your responsibility to send the order back to us via express post by the due date at your own expense. Please make sure to forward on tracking details to hello@robecollective.com
What do I do if my hire ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday?
Simply return your outfit to your local Australia Post office by 3pm the following business day
