We get it — choosing the perfect outfit for your event is a big deal. That's why we offer our Try Both, Keep One option, so you can have two stunning dresses delivered to your door and decide when they're in your hands.
How It Works
- Choose your two dresses — Browse our collection and pick your favourite and a backup. Submit your request using the form below.
- We confirm your booking — We'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and send you an invoice for both hire fees plus a $15 return shipping fee.
- Both dresses are delivered — Try them on, see how they make you feel, and choose your favourite.
- Return the unworn dress — Use the prepaid return label and post bag included in your parcel to send back the unworn dress within 24 hours of receiving them.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive tracking confirmation that the unworn dress has been sent back, we'll process a full refund of that dress's hire fee.

- Both hire fees must be paid upfront at the time of booking.
- The unworn dress must be returned within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

- The unworn dress must be returned unworn & unaltered.

Is there an extra cost for Try Both, Keep One?
The only additional cost is a $15 return shipping fee to cover the prepaid return label included in your parcel. There is no extra hire fee for the second dress — you simply pay for both and receive a refund for the one you return.
How do I return the unworn dress?
A prepaid return label and post bag will be included in your delivery. Simply pack the unworn dress, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest Australia Post location within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive tracking confirmation that the unworn dress has been returned, we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days.
What if I miss the 24-hour return window?
We understand life gets busy! Late returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis — please reach out to us as soon as possible if you're unable to meet the deadline.
Can I choose any two dresses?
Yes! Browse our full collection and choose any two dresses you love. Note that some dresses marked as Coming Soon may not be available for this option.
